Any items purchased from valkry.com.au and delivered to an Australian address will be delivered FREE of charge.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to Valkry for a full refund or replacement and we will pay for the return delivery charges as well as help you arrange the return delivery. Please note, goods must be in as new condition and repacked in original packaging for returns to be accepted .

Also, we do not charge a restocking fee.
